About my food

With over twenty years of service experience you can imagine I've worked in many a venue. I've worked with a vast errant of chefs as well. So, from all that experience I've been able to pick up and keep techniques like crazy. My food tends to lead towards an Asian palette with French cooking techniques. Alas, I would say in the last five years or so my food has become more refined toward the healthy side . California cooking

  • Not allowed Chef consultancy (Build customized menus for dietary restrictions)

  • Average price (per hour): $35
  • Minimum price of service: $250
  • Average price of cooking classes (per hour): $250
  • Cancellation: Full refund 48 hours prior to arrival and 50% for less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

Distance Fees

  • Free of charge up to: 10 Miles
  • I will refuse if the distance is greater than: 50 Miles
  • For distances between 10 to 50 Miles: $25

I am a 35 years young chef with now over twenty years experience in the service industry. I have worked all facets of the industry from the FOH to the BOH. I am recently divorced with no kids and I am looking for something completely new . Very outgoing and ambitious, funny and serious at the same time
